急性区域性隐匿性外层视网膜病变的研究进展
Advances in the Research of Acute Zonally Occult Outer Retinal Disease

Abstract
Acute zonally occult outer retinal disease(AZOOR)is a rare and severe outer retinal disorder,commonly presenting with unilateral or bilateral involvement,particularly prevalent among young females and myopic individuals.This condition significantly impacts pa-tients'vision and quality of life.In recent years,research studies focusing on the pathogenesis and treatment of AZOOR have been increasing.According to existing studies,this paper summa-rizes the pathogenesis of AZOOR,primarily attributed to idiopathic inflammation of photorecep-tors,and may also relate to autoimmune responses,viral infections,and fungal infections.Re-garding the current treatment landscape for AZOOR,conventional Western Medicine ap-proaches include glucocorticoid therapy,immunosuppressive therapy,antiviral treatment,anti-fungal treatment,neuroprotective therapy,anticoagulation therapy,and photodynamic therapy.In recent years,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has gradually begun to play a role in the clinical management of AZOOR,offering new perspectives for treatment.Currently,single TCM treatment is relatively rare,with most cases involving a combination with conventional Western Medicine approaches.Integrated treatment strategies often include Chinese medicine,acupunc-ture,acupoint injection,massage,cupping,and blood-letting therapy.This paper summarizes the etiology,risk factors,and pathogenesis of AZOOR,with a particular focus on specific treat-ment methods and their clinical effi-cacy,aiming to provide valuable refer-ences and insights for the clinical diag-nosis and treatment of AZOOR.关键词
