基于循证医学的干眼中医护理方案的优化研究
Optimization Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Protocol for Dry Eye Based on Evidence-based Medicine

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing protocol for dry eye based on evidence-based medicine.METHODS A research team composed of medical professionals was established.In the first round,a preliminary version of the expert consultation content and a consultation questionnaire were formulated;Selected experts were then consulted and revisions were made based on their feedback.In the second round,expert arguments were conducted,and statistical analyses were performed on the experts'response rate,authority coefficient,coordination degree,argument items,and recommendation strength,leading to the final optimized protocol.RESULTS(1)Expert enthusiasm and authority:The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%for both rounds,indicating high expert engagement.The authority coefficients for the two rounds of expert consultation were(0.84±0.01)and(0.89±0.01),respectively,indicating a high level of expert authority.(2)Coordination degree of expert opinions:The Kendall's W values for both consultation rounds were below 0.5,all differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The coefficients of variation(CV)were all below 0.25,indicating low data dispersion.,demonstrate a high degree of consensus among expert opinions.(3)Argument items and recommen-dation strength:The developed TCM nursing protocol for dry eye finally included five first-level items,17 second-level items,and 56 third-level items.The five first-level items were"key points of common syndrome patterns","nursing measures for common symptoms/syndrome patterns","TCM-specific treatment and nursing","health guidance"and"nursing outcome evaluation."The corresponding numbers of second-level and third-level items were 5/5,4/21,2/9,4/16,and 2/5,respectively.The mean scores for all items were above five points,and the CV values were all below 0.25,indicating low dispersion.CONCLUSIONS The TCM nursing protocol for dry eye constructed based on evidence-based medicine is structurally reasonable,supported by thorough preliminary investigation,and the consultation results are reliable.It can provide a reference for clinical TCM nursing practice in dry eye.关键词
