Comparison of the Effects of Electronic Bronchoscopy Lavage at Different Times in the Treatment of Pediatric Lobar Pneumonia Complicated with Bronchial Mucus Plugs

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of electronic bronchoscopy lavage at different times in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia(LP)complicated with bronchial mucus plugs.Method:A total of 95 children with LP complicated with bronchial mucus plugs admitted to North Anhui Coal and Power Group General Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the early group(with a disease course of 5-10 days,48 cases)and the late group(with a disease course of 11-21 days,47 cases)according to the disease course stage at the time of admission and diagnosis.Both groups were treated with electronic bronchoscopy lavage on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects,symptom improvement time,levels of cytokines[CRP,D-D,procalcitonin(PCT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)]before and after lavage,and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the early group was higher than that of the late group(P<0.05).The time for fever to subside,cough to disappear and lung rales to disappear in the early group were all earlier than those in the late group(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 days after lavage,CRP,PCT,LDH and D-D in the early group were lower than those in the late group(P<0.05),and there were intergroup effects,time effects and interaction effects of CRP,PCT,LDH and D-D(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Early treatment with electronic bronchoscopy lavage for children with LP combined with bronchial mucus plugs has significant effects,reducing inflammation and alleviating symptoms,and is highly safety.关键词
