Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of conventional acupuncture combined with blade needle and Tongdu Zhengji manipulation in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with acute lumbar sprain admitted to the Acupuncture Department of Fuzhou Massage Hospital from March 2021 to August 2023.According to the treatment methods, they were divided into the control group(treated with conventional acupuncture)and the study group(treated with blade needle combined with Tongdu Zhengji manipulation on the basis of the control group),with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were tread for 3 d.The clinical efficacy, pain degree, lumbar function, lumbar range of motion and serum inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS scores,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores, levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores of both groups increased compared with those before treatment, and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional acupuncture combined with blade needle and the Tongdu Zhengji manipulation demonstrates significant efficacy in treating acute lumbar sprains. This approach not only alleviates pain but also improves patients'lumbar function and spinal mobility while reducing inflammatory responses.关键词
