Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of integrated family delivery room combined with midwifery model in perinatal period of high-risk parturients.Method:The clinical data of 80 high-risk parturients who gave birth at Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.The parturients who gave birth by midwifery model were included in control group(n=42),and the parturients who received integrated family delivery room combined with midwifery model were enrolled as observation group(n=38).The bleeding volumes at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery were compared between the two groups.The depression status[Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)]before delivery and at 3 days after delivery and pregnancy outcomes[duration of labor(first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor),1-minute neonatal Apgar score after birth,situation of spontaneous delivery conversion to cesarean section]were statistically analyzed.Result:The bleeding volumes at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery in observation group were less than in the control group(P<0.05).The EPDS score in observation group was lower at 3 days after delivery than in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first stage of labor and time of second stage of labor in observation group were shorter compared to control group,and the rate of spontaneous delivery conversion to cesarean section was lower(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the time of third stage of labor and 1-minute neonatal Apgar score after birth between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Integrated family delivery room combined with midwifery model can effectively reduce the bleeding volumes at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery,relieve the depression,shorten the time of the first and second stages of labor,and reduce the rate of conversion of spontaneous delivery to cesarean section.关键词
