弹力带抗阻运动联合家属协同护理预防髋关节置换术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果
The Effect of Elastic Band Resistance Exercise Combined with Family Cooperative Nursing on Preventing Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Limbs of Patients after Hip Replacement Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of elastic band resistance exercise combined with family cooperative nursing on preventing deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs of patients after hip replacement surgery. Method:A total of 108 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery at Wuhan Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=54)and a collaborative group(n=54)according to the block randomization method.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,while the collaborative group received elastic band resistance exercise combined with family cooperative nursing.The postoperative recovery status(the time to get out of bed and move around,postoperative complications,hospital stay)of two groups were compared,the preventive effect of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs during the intervention period was observed,and hip function[Harris hip score(HHS)]and hip joint range of motion before and after 3 months of intervention were compared.Result:The time to get out of bed in collaborative group was earlier than that of the control group,hospitalization time of the collaborative group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Within 1 week and 2 weeks of intervention,the incidences of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of the collaborative group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of each dimension and total scores of the HHS,hip flexion,adduction,and internal rotation range of motion in both groups increased compared to before intervention,and those in the collaborative group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of elastic band resistance exercise and family cooperative nursing can not only accelerate postoperative recovery in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery,but also prevent the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.It has a significant effect on improving hip joint function and hip joint range of motion.关键词
