Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with hemodialysis(HD)in the treatment of uremia patients, with emphasis on exploring its influence on renal function, inflammatory factors and calcium and phosphorus metabolism parameters.Method:A total of 84 patients with uremia admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Fuzhou First People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were prospectively included and divided into the observation group(treated with HP combined with HD,n=42)and the control group(treated only with HD,n=42)according to the random number table method. The changes of renal function indicators, inflammatory factors and calcium and phosphorus metabolism related indicators before treatment and after 3 months of treatment in the two groups were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed.Result:After 3 months of treatment, the levels of BUN and Scr in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the levels of serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the levels of blood phosphorus and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:HP combined with HD significantly optimizes the renal function of uremia patients, inhibits micro-inflammatory responses and corrects calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders through a synergistic clearance mechanism, without increasing the treatment risk.关键词
