摘要

Abstract

As a core component of natural gas,the efficient and clean utilization of methane has become the focus of re-search in the energy field.Among them,the conversion of methane into methanol,which has high energy density and is easy to be stored and transported,has attracted much attention.Compared with the traditional industrial methanol synthesis methods,aerobic methane oxidizing bacteria catalytic technology shows significant potential for application due to its high efficiency and environmental friendliness under mild conditions.In this paper,we systematically reviewed the latest re-search progress of methanol production from methane catalyzed by aerobic methane oxidizing bacteria,focusing on the meta-bolic mechanism of the strains and the optimization strategy of the strains.In view of the key technological bottlenecks,such as low biocatalytic efficiency,poor cell stability and limited mass transfer,improvement measures,such as process parameter regulation,cell immobilization,and optimization of mass transfer carriers,are proposed to enhance the methane conversion efficiency and methanol production,and provide theoretical references and technical paths for the industrial ap-plication of this technology.
