摘要

Abstract

Commercial enzymes have garnered widespread attention in enhancing the treatment performance of organic solid waste.However,their high raw material and sterilization costs restrict large-scale applications.In this study,three-phase solid residue from food waste,obtained through wet heat hydrolysis and phase separation of food waste slurry,was used as a low-cost,non-sterilized fermentation substrate for the production of composite enzymes by Aspergillus niger.The results showed that A.niger could effectively grow on the three-phase solid residue and produce amylase,protease,cellulase,and lipase.Under a pH of 5.5,the activity of acidic protease,cellulase,and lipase was optimal,while amylase activity peaked at pH 6.5.Orthogonal experiments indicated that pH had the greatest effect on enzyme activity,followed by the inoculum size and fermentation time.The optimal fermentation conditions,determined by the efficacy coefficient method combined with AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting analysis,were pH 5.5,inoculum volume of 2 mL(Corresponding to 30 g three-phase solid residue),and a cultivation time of 6 days.The findings are expected to further promote the application of low-cost en-zyme preparations in the organic solid waste field and provide a new perspective for valorization of food waste three-phase solid residue.
