摘要

Abstract

Temperature and feed loading are seasonal fluctuating factors in food waste anaerobic digestion engineering.A profound understanding of their intrinsic mechanisms and exploration of effective mitigation strategies is highly beneficial for engineering stability and technological improvement.Based on the operational data of a project in Nanchang,this study conducted destabilization and stabilization experiments under high-temperature and high-feed-loading conditions using a CSTR reactor.The results indicate that both scenarios lead to destabilization through ammonia and acid inhibition,albeit via distinct pathways.Primary indicators such as CH4 and CO2 combined with secondary indicators such as volumetric gas yield,volatile fatty acids and solid degradation rate can diagnose destabilization.After destabilization,intermittent negative pressure for high-temperature and exogenous sludge addition for high-feed-loading effectively mitigated anomalies and re-stored normal operation.The findings provide theoretical guidance for stabilizing and managing food waste anaerobic diges-tion projects during routine operations.
