Abstract

As a municipal waste,Municipal sludge digested alone,due to the low content of organic matter,the small out-put of biogas and the output of biogas residue,the heat demand of the project can not be self-sufficient,which limited the development of municipal sludge anaerobic digestion.Restaurant-kitchen waste is also a part of municipal waste,high or-ganic content,anaerobic digestion of biogas production,biogas slag production is small.In this paper,the optimal TS mix-ing ratio of municipal sludge and kitchen waste in collaborative anaerobic digestion was determined to be 1∶2.54 by calcu-lating the heat demand for drying biogas residue and converting it into biogas production requirements of anaerobic digestion system.At the same time,according to the moisture content of biogas residue exported by the main digestion dewatering process equipment,the TS ratio of municipal sludge and kitchen waste corresponding to the biogas residue moisture content of 82%~65%was calculated in the range of(1∶4.09)to(1∶0.21).This conclusion is highly consistent with the syner-gistic ratio(1∶4)~(1∶0.5)proposed by many theoretical studies on collaborative anaerobic digestion of municipal sludge and kitchen waste.This paper also provides the introduction of practical engineering cases,in order to provide reference for the municipal sludge and food waste collaborative anaerobic digestion project in terms of heat and technology.
