基于"督原同调"理论针刺合督脉灸治疗肝郁化火型失眠的效果研究
A Study on the Effect of Acupuncture Based on the Theory of"Du-Yuan Harmonization"Combined with Du Meridian Moxibustion in Treating Insomnia of Liver Qi Stagnation Transforming into Fire Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization"combined with the Du meridian moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia of liver Qi stagnation transforming into fire syndrome,and to provide a basis for optimizing the characteristic treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 100 patients with insomnia of liver Qi stagnation transforming into fire syndrome who were treated at Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization"combined with the Du meridian moxibustion,while the control group received acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization".Both groups underwent continuous treatment for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality[insomnia severity index(ISI),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],and quality of life[the World Health Organization quality of life brief questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate after the treatment in the treatment group was higher,after the treatment,the ISI score and PSQI score were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group,and the WHOQOL-BREF scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization"combined with the Du meridian moxibustion is conducive to improving the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with insomnia of liver Qi stagnation transforming into fire syndrome by synergistically enhancing the Yang-activating effect of the Du meridian and the spirit-regulating function of Yuan-points,providing empirical support for the treatment of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of"Du-Yuan harmonization".关键词
