Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage(PTGD)combined with Qinggan Lidan Decoction on the liver function and inflammatory factors in patients with severe acute cholecystitis with dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder syndrome.Method:A total of 200 patients with severe acute cholecystitis with dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder syndrome who were admitted to Department of Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Surgery, the Second People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were grouped by random number table method. The control group(n=100)received PTGD treatment, and the observation group(n=100)was treated with PTGD combined with Qinggan Lidan Decoction. The postoperative recovery conditions,TCM syndromes scores, treatment effect, liver function and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Result:The first exhaust time and the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of various TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of TBIL,AST,ALT,WBC,CRP and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PTGD combined with Qinggan Lidan Decoction in the treatment of severe acute cholecystitis with dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder syndrome is effective, which can relieve clinical symptoms, promote postoperative recovery of patients, improve liver function and reduce inflammatory reaction.关键词
