高效液相色谱-切换波长法同时测定玄梗宁嚏丸中3种成分含量
HPLC-switching wavelength determination of three components in Xuangeng Ningti pills

Abstract
A HPLC-switching wavelength method was established for the simultaneous determination of naringin,liquiritin,and glycyrrhizin in Xuangeng Ningti pills.Chromatographic separation was performed on a Welchrom® C18 column(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5µm)using a gradient elution with mobile phases of acetonitrile(A)and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution(B).The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature at 30℃,and the injection volume at 10 µL.The detection wavelengths were 283 nm(for naringin)and 237 nm(for liquiritin and glycyrrhizin).The results showed that naringin(11.88-190.04 µg/mL),liquiritin(4.89-78.28 µg/mL),and glycyrrhizin(11.52-184.34 µg/mL)exhibited excellent linear relationships within the tested range,with correlation coefficients(r=1.000 0).The average recovery rates(n=9)for the three components were 100.7%,100.1%and 100.1%,with RSD values of 0.86%,0.62%and 0.79%,respectively.This method is rapid,simple,precise and highly sensitive,making it suitable for the quality control of Xuangeng Ningti pills.关键词
