黄芩、丹参、甘草等中药材增重剂鉴别研究
Identification on weight gain agents from Chinese medicinal materials such as Radix Scutellariae,Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae and Radix Glycyrrhizae

Abstract
The objective was to establish a method for identifying illegal weight-increasing agents in Radix Scutellariae,Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae and Radix Glycyrrhizae.The characteristics,total ash,extractives and the content of active substances in three medicinal materials were systematically analyzed,the relationship between the addition of weight-increasing agents and the changes in each index was clarified through correlation analysis.A quantitative identification model was established.The results showed that the samples adulterated with weight-increasing agent magnesium sulfate had dark color,heavy hand feel and blurred texture on the cross section.The total ash and acid-insoluble ash content were 3 to 5 times higher than those of genuine medicinal materials,and the extractives content decreased by 10%to 35%.The content of active ingredients decreased significantly.The samples with baicalin content lower than 9.0%,tanshinoneⅡA lower than 0.2%and glycyrrhizic acid lower than 2.0%all had two or more abnormal basic indicators.The ash content was significantly negatively correlated with the content of active ingredients(r<-0.9,P<0.01).Based on the above results,a three-level identification system of"characteristic preliminary screening-basic index verification-content determination confirmation"was established in this study,which could achieve precise qualitative identification of weight-increasing agents and quantitative assessment of the degree of adulteration.It is practical and innovative,providing a simple and efficient technical means for the quality control of medicinal materials,and it is suitable for rapid screening in grassroots laboratories and market supervision sites.关键词
