摘要
Abstract
Severe pneumonia is a major cause of hospitalization and death in children.Its harm is not limited to lung damage itself,but also lies in the systemic inflammatory response and multi-organ dysfunction caused by infection.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the extrapulmonary complications of severe pneumonia in children.These complications are key factors affecting disease prognosis,increasing mortality,and causing long-term consequences.This article summarized the current researches on common short-term extrapulmonary complications in children with severe pneumonia,thereby providing a scientific reference for pediatricians to enhance early recognition and clinical management of such children.关键词
