依洛尤单抗联合他汀类药物治疗冠状动脉多支病变不完全血运重建患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Evolocumab Combined with Statins in the Treatment of Patients with Incomplete Revascularization of Multivessel Coronary Artery Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Evolocumab combined with statins in the treatment of patients with incomplete revascularization(IR)of multivessel coronary artery disease.Method:A total of 300 patients with IR of multivessel coronary artery disease who visited Sunshine Union Hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.Both groups received standardized basic treatment.The control group was treated with statins for lipid reduction,and the experimental group was treated with Evolocumab in addition to the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The lipid levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Result:After the treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of HDL-C and the total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Evolocumab combined with statins can effectively improve the lipid levels of patients with IR of multivessel coronary artery disease,improve the clinical efficacy,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
