自拟化痰醒神方联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula Combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Method:A total of 90 patients with PSCI admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to May 2025 were selected.They were divided into the TCM group(n=30),acupuncture group(n=30)and combination therapy group(n=30)using the random number table method.The TCM group was treated with the self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula,the acupuncture group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,the combination therapy group was treated with self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture.All three groups were treated for 2 weeks.The MoCA scores,modified Barthel index(MBI)scores,and the TCM symptoms scores of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated based on the changes of TCM syndromes scores.Result:After the treatment,the scores of MoCA and MBI in three groups increased compared to those before the treatment,and those in the combination therapy group were significantly higher than those of the TCM group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in three groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the combination therapy group was significantly lower than that in the TCM group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate of the combination therapy group was higher than that of the TCM group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can significantly improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with PSCI,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of the single therapy.关键词
