我国黄鳝养殖产业发展动态与对策研究
Research on the development trends and countermeasures of the eel breeding industry in China

Abstract
In recent years,the eel farming industry,as an important component of China's distinctive freshwater fish industry system,exhibits high breeding concentration and demonstrates significant economic potential and development prospects.This study combines data from comprehensive experimental stations under the National Special Freshwater Fish Industry Technology System,supplemented by monitoring system surveys from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of PRC,along with field research from economic position teams.The analysis reveals current trends,cost-benefit ratios,and existing challenges in China's eel farming sector.In 2024,eel farming costs reached 40.30 yuan per kilogram,achieving cost profit margins of 42.11％and sales profit margins of 35.09％.Key constraints include seedling supply bottlenecks,pricing issues,feed quality,industrial chain inefficiencies,and fishery insurance deficiencies.Therefore,it is suggested that the first is to break through the"bottleneck"problem of seedlings;the second is to accelerate the research and development of energy-efficient compound feed;the third is to improve the excellent industrial chain and accelerate the development of eel processing industry;the fourth is to establish a policy-based fishery insurance led by local governments.关键词
