Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Danhong Injection combined with Betahistine in the treatment of vertigo due to insufficient blood supply to the cerebral arteries.Method:A total of 120 patients with vertigo due to insufficient blood supply to the cerebral arteries who were treated at Kunshan Mental Health Center from February 2023 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Betahistine monotherapy,while the observation group was intervened with Danhong Injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The cerebrovascular hemodynamic indicators,the degree of vertigo,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of drug-related adverse events of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in cerebrovascular hemodynamic indicators,vertigo degree and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).One day after treatment,the average blood flow velocities of the left vertebral artery(LVA),right vertebral artery(RVA),and basilar artery(BA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score and the scores of dizziness,headache,and vertigo were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection combined with Betahistine in the treatment of vertigo due to insufficient blood supply to the cerebral arteries can improve the cerebrovascular hemodynamic indicators of patients,reduce the degree of vertigo,alleviate symptoms,and has good therapeutic effect and high safety.关键词
