针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗帕金森病便秘的临床观察
Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking for constipation in Parkinson disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking on constipation in Parkinson disease(PD). Methods:A prospective study design was adopted.A total of 198 patients with PD complicated by constipation were divided into a combined group and an auricular point sticking group,each with 99 cases.Both groups underwent conventional treatment;in addition,the auricular point sticking group received auricular point sticking treatment,and the combined group received auricular point sticking and acupuncture treatment.The intervention lasted 8 consecutive weeks in both groups.Before treatment and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the constipation symptom score on the gastrointestinal dysfunction scale for PD(GIDS-PD),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score were compared between the two groups.The clinical effectiveness and first spontaneous bowel movement time were also compared after treatment. Results:By the time the intervention finished,the combined group had 4 dropouts,compared with 8 in the auricular point sticking group.The combined group achieved a higher total effective rate compared to the auricular point sticking group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the GIDS-PD constipation symptom,PSQI,or HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,both groups showed a decrease in the GIDS-PD constipation symptom,PSQI,and HAMD scores compared to the baseline;the scores after 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The GIDS-PD constipation symptom,PSQI,and HAMD scores were lower in the combined group than in the auricular point sticking group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The time to the first spontaneous bowel movement was shorter in the combined group compared to the auricular point sticking group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on the conventional treatment,compared to auricular point sticking alone,integrating acupuncture and auricular point sticking produces greater efficacy in treating PD with constipation,with advantages in reducing gastrointestinal symptoms,promoting bowel movement,and improving sleep quality and depressive mood.关键词
