职业教育的形而上学追问:技能异化的哲学反思与重构
Metaphysical Inquiry into Vocational Education:Philosophical Reflection and Reconstruction of Skills Alienation

Abstract
Under the influence of instrumental rationality,vocational education has witnessed the phenomenon of skills alienation,which has led to a deviation from the essence of education in the cultivation of skilled talents.From the metaphysical perspective,the skills alienation in vocational education has three manifestations:the expansion of instrumental rationality causing a deviation from the essence of education and the dissolution of subjectivity,the narrowing of technological cognition resulting in a binary opposition between skills and wisdom,and the alienation of management and evaluation leading to the erosion of educational significance.In response to these issues,vocational education urgently needs to return to its essence of"nurturing people"and undergo metaphysical reconstruction from aspects such as reshaping the essence of education,innovating cognitive paradigms,and reconstructing the evaluation system.Through practical paths such as reconstructing subject relationships,transforming cognitive models,innovating institutional ethics,and reshaping cultural ecology,it can achieve the transformation from"making things"to"nurturing people".关键词
