高职院校升格职业本科学校典型路径研究
Study on the Typical Pathways for Higher Vocational Colleges Upgrading to Undergraduate Vocational Institutions

Abstract
Undergraduate vocational education is a highlight in the construction of China's modern vocational education system,representing a new force in the diversified higher education system.How higher vocational colleges upgrade to undergraduate vocational institutions,and how they can develop distinctive features to form unique advantages after the upgrading,are critical issues that need to be addressed.Based on the Three-Circle Theory,this study designs three dimensions:the value circle,capability circle,and support circle.A fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)is conducted on 91 higher vocational colleges that have successfully upgrading to undergraduate vocational institutions,which identifies four types of upgrading pathways:focusing on improving teaching capabilities,balancing teaching and research development,integrating industry and education to serve social development,and pursuing internationalization in vocational education.The study suggests that higher vocational colleges should focus their resources and efforts based on their positioning to achieve distinctive development.Additionally,undergraduate vocational institutions should continuously consolidate and deepen the advantageous pathways formed during the upgrading process to establish a unique school positioning and core competitiveness.关键词
