Treatment of Lung Cancer Based on Ferroptosis:from the Theory of Yin-Yang Qi Transformation

Abstract
Ferroptosis is a novel iron-dependent form of programmed cell death,which has shown application potential in lung cancer treatment.The orderly movement of yin-yang qi transformation is crucial for maintaining the coordination and stability of overall life activities and physiological functions.It is considered that the bidirectional regulatory system of"oxidation-antioxidation"in ferroptosis aligns with the operational principles of yin-yang qi trans-formation in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on yin-yang qi transformation theory,this study explored the treat-ment of lung cancer from the perspective of ferroptosis using traditional Chinese medicine,and established three major therapeutic principles,warming yang to transform qi,nourishing the lungs to expel turbidity,and regulating sanjiao.These approaches correct the imbalance of yin-yang properties in ferroptosis of lung cancer,reshape the dynamic balance of"oxidation-antioxidation",thereby inducing cancer cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor progression,and reversing tumor drug resistance.关键词
