Abstract
"New-quality productive forces"is a major original and iconic concept put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.The theoretical genesis of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on new-quality productive forces stems from the innovative development of Marxist theo-ry of productive forces,the summary of the Communist Party of China's century-long practice of e-mancipating and developing productive forces,and the practical needs of achieving high-quality de-velopment and advancing Chinese modernization.This important exposition systematically answers the major proposition of"what new-quality productive forces are and how to develop them"and constructs a systematic,comprehensive and logically rigorous theoretical system.To accurately grasp the essence,requirements and practical implications of General Secretary Xi Jinping's impor-tant exposition on new-quality productive forces,we must base ourselves on the fundamental chan-ges in development concepts,driving forces,carriers and mechanisms brought about by new-quality productive forces,and empower and boost high-quality development.关键词
