Abstract
The"four prominent advantages"of socialism with Chinese characteristics serve as a sol-id foundation and strategic support for steadily advancing Chinese modernization,while Chinese modernization in turn represents the goal orientation and practical domain of these"four prominent advantages."The two reinforce each other and drive holistic progress.During the 15th Five-Year Plan period,it is essential to establish a more robust new institutional framework,activate a more dynamic new market engine,forge a more resilient new industrial pillar,and cultivate a higher-cali-ber new talent hub,so as to continuously build stronger momentum for Chinese modernization.关键词
