Abstract
Political quality is the core quality of cadres,a concentrated manifestation of their charac-ter,and the primary condition for them to perform their duties.It is conducive to promoting the formation of a new era cadre selection and appointment system with political quality assessment as the leading force,by deeply grasping the important requirements of the Central Committee of the CPC for the consistent political quality of cadres,and profoundly summarizing the experience and practices of political quality assessment in cadre selection and appointment in the new era.Which promoting the quantification and materialization of assessment indicators,the regularity and fre-quent of assessment timing,the precision and accuracy of assessment evaluation,and the powerful and effective of assessment application,providing a strong political and organizational guarantee for comprehensively advancing the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national reju-venation.关键词
