全球AI治理面临的共同议题及应对策略
Common Issues and Response Strategies in Global AI Governance
摘要
Abstract
With its rapid iteration and global application,artificial intelligence technology has not only driven profound economic and social transformations and unleashed productivity dividends,but also given rise to a series of global issues.AI governance has become a core issue of common con-cern to all countries worldwide.Currently,global AI governance confronts common challenges.These challenges manifest as the gap between technological iteration and lagging governance,the predicament of algorithmic black boxes,imperfect legal systems,insufficient coordination among multiple stakeholders,fierce competition over international rules,and the widening digital divide.Upholding the principle of balancing development and security,China has actively participated in global AI governance by improving top-level design,refining rules and standards,deepening tech-nological coordination,and promoting capacity inclusiveness,helping to build a fair,open,inclu-sive,and secure global AI governance system,thereby advancing the healthy and sustainable devel-opment of AI technology.关键词
