结合中医理论探究干眼症发病机制与临床治疗研究进展
Research progress on pathogenesis and clinical treatment of dry eye disease through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine theory
摘要
Abstract
Dry eye disease,a multifactorial-mediated chronic ocular surface disease,is classified into five categories includ-ing the hyperevaporative type and aqueous-deficient type in modern medicine according to the key factors maintaining tear film stability.In contrast,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)proposes pattern differentiation categories such as"dry-heat injuring the lung"and"lung yin deficiency"rooted in visceral pattern differentiation theory.This paper systematically elucidates the patho-genesis of DED through dual theoretical frameworks:The manifestations in Western medicine primarily include inflammation,apoptosis,neuroregulation disorders,hormonal imbalances and other related factors,while TCM attributes the disease to zang-fu functional disorders and invasion of six exogenous pathogenic factors.Diverse therapeutic approaches include physical therapy,pharmacotherapy,surgery,and TCM interventions,with treatment strategies evolving multidimensional integration.The study highlights the superiority of the"disease-pattern combination"diagnostic model development under TCM's holistic philosophy compared to Western medicine alone.关键词
