基于"病-穴-术"探讨《中华医典》中百会穴配伍运用规律的数据挖掘
Data mining on the application rules of Baihui acupoint compatibility based on"disease-acupoint-technique"in Chinese Medical Classics

Abstract
Objective:Based on the theory of"disease-acupoint-technique",this study aims to analyze the application rules of acupuncture prescriptions containing Baihui point(GV20)in Chinese Medical Classics(《中华医典》)to provides scientific basis for expanding the scope of indications of Baihui point,optimizing the point compatibility and selecting appropriate intervention methods.Methods:Acupuncture prescriptions containing the Baihui acupoint were extracted from Chinese Medical Classics and compiled into a dedicated database using Excel software(2019).Statistical analyses were conducted on high-frequency diseases,high-frequency acupoints,intervention methods,etc.SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS Modeler software were employed for association rule and cluster analyses of acupoint combinations.Results:A total of 426 acupuncture prescriptions including the Baihui acupoint were collected,involving 113 kinds of diseases and 229 acupoints.Among them,the high-frequency conditions(frequency≥20)included apoplexy,headache,epilepsy,infantile convulsions,and rectal prolapse.The core group points for the treatment of apoplexy were Baihui point,Quchi point(LI11),Fengshi point(GB31)and Zusanli point(ST36),and moxibustion was the most popular intervention method.The core points of the treatment of headache were Baihui,Xinhui point(GV 22),Shangxing point(GV23)and Shenting point(GV24),and acupuncture was the most popular intervention method.The core group points for the treatment of epilepsy were Baihui,Shenmen point(TF4)and Juque point(CV14),and moxibustion was the most popular intervention method.The core points of the treatment of infantile convulsions were Baihui point,Renzhong point and Shangxing point,and moxibustion was the most popular intervention method.The core points of the treatment of rectal prolapse were Baihui point,Changqiang point(GV1)and Mingmen point(GV4),and acupuncture was the most popular intervention method.Conclusion:The Baihui acupoint is in the treatment of numerous diseases.When combined with additional acupoints,it can exert the functions of awaking brain and enlightening mind,elevating the Yang(阳),soothing the heart and tranquilizing the mind,and calming liver wind.This research systematically summarizes the rules of the compatibility of Baihui acupoint,and providing meaningful data support for the clinical applications.关键词
