基于数据挖掘的何世东教授治疗失眠的用药规律分析
An analysis on the medication rules of Professor HE Shidong in the treatment of insomnia based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the medication rules and experience of Professor HE Shidong in the treatment of insomnia cases,and to provide scientific support for the treatment of insomnia by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:Through R language,SPSS software and Gephi software,the oral formula of Professor he shidong for insomnia in Dongguan Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to February 2024 was summarized and analyzed.Data mining and analysis were carried out by using statistical methods such as association rules,visualization of complex network analysis of TCM and system clustering.Data such as drug use frequency,category,drug natures,drug flavors and meridian tropisms were summarized,and the diagnosis and treatment rules and commonly used prescriptions of insomnia were compiled.Results:A total of 108 medical records were included in the analysis,and the drugs used frequently were Fu Ling(Poria),Gan Cao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Ban Xia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),etc.The main categories were tonic drugs,sedative drugs,diuretic drugs,etc.The medicinal natures were mostly neutral,warm and cold.Most of the five flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian tropism was mostly of the spleen and liver meridians.The commonly used couplet medicinals were:Fu Ling-Gan Cao,Ban Xia-Fu Ling,among others.The core prescriptions were Fu Ling,Gan Cao,Ban Xia,etc.,and five groups of commonly used prescriptions were summarized.Conclusion:Professor HE Shidong emphasizes the regulation of the viscera,Qi(气),blood,Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),and regulates the cold and heat in the treatment of insomnia.In terms of medication,he addresses insomnia caused by disharmony between the liver and spleen,Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,etc.,from the perspectives of five Zang(五脏)organs and meridian tropisms,with particular emphasis on liver and spleen harmony,and made full use of the Sini San(四逆散)and the Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤),etc.关键词
