国医大师杨震运用"气机理论"治疗急性肝衰竭患者1例
A Case of Treating Acute liver failure by Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yang Zhen Based on the"Theory of Qi movement"

Abstract
Professor Yang Zhen treated a Female patient with Acute Liver Failure Caused by Autoimmune Enteritis.Acute liver failure(ALF)is a critical and life-threatening condition in clinical practice,pathologically characterized by extensive hepatocyte necrosis and rapid deterioration of liver function.Currently,Western medicine lacks specific drugs and effective internal medical treatments for this disease,which has a high mortality rate,poor prognosis,and often requires aggressive interventions,even liver transplantation.This condition falls under the category of"Ji Huang"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Based on the theory of Qi movement,professor Yang Zhen adopted the main treatment principles of tonifying primordial qi,fortifying middle qi,nourishing liver substance,and assisting liver function.These approaches successfully stabilized a patient on the verge of qi and yin collapse,restoring consciousness,resolving jaundice,and leading the disease toward recovery.Through the analysis of this case,we aim to provide new insights and methods for the treatment of acute liver failure with TCM.关键词
