浅析高月求教授辨症用药治疗肝病常见症状的临床经验
A preliminary analysis of professor Gao Yueqiu's clinical experience in treating common symptoms of liver disease with medication based on symptom differentiation

Abstract
In the diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease,Professor Gao Yueqiu pays attention to the clinical thinking of combining"disease-syndrome-symptom"".This idea not only emphasizes the treatment based on disease differentiation to observe the overall situation of the disease,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation to insight into the evolution of the pathogenesis,but also accumulates unique experience in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Through accurate analysis of common symptoms such as hypochondriac pain,fatigue,jaundice,itching,and bitter taste,multiple sets of effective herb pairs were summarized,such as Yujin paired with Sugeng to soothe the liver and regulate qi for hypochondriac pain,Huangqi paired with Baizhu to invigorate the spleen and replenish qi for deficiency-induced fatigue,and Yinchen paired with Chixiaodou to clear heat and promote diuresis for jaundice.The characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication are as follows:taking symptoms as the entry point of precise intervention,and selecting the herb pair with strong specific effect to quickly relieve the pain of patients;at the same time,in-depth analysis of the pathogenesis and syndrome connotation reflected by the symptoms,to ensure that symptomatic treatment closely serves the essential conditioning of the disease.This method realizes the organic combination of immediate symptom regulation and long-term pathogenesis improvement,fully embodies the diagnosis and treatment thinking of the unity of precise intervention and overall treatment,short-term benefit and long-term effect in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides a feasible clinical paradigm for the comprehensive management of chronic liver disease.关键词
