消膏降浊法治疗肥胖合并代谢相关脂肪性肝病验案1例
A case report on the treatment of obesity combined with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease using the fat-reducing and turbidity-resolving method

Abstract
This paper reports a clinical case of obesity combined with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)treated with the"Clearing Fat and Reducing Turbidity"method.The treatment was based on the core principles of eliminating fat accumulations,resolving turbidity,and regulating qi movement,using a modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Houpo Sanwu Decoction,with dynamic adjustments made according to syndrome differentiation.After 3.5 months of systematic intervention,the patient's body weight decreased by 12.5 kg,BMI dropped to 26.9 kg/m2,waist circumference reduced by 12.5 cm,and body fat percentage decreased by 6.9%.Hepatic fat deposition(CAP 254 dB/m)and liver stiffness(LSM 7.6 kPa)were significantly improved,and metabolic indicators(blood glucose,insulin,uric acid,etc.)all returned to the normal range.The results indicate that the"Clearing Fat and Reducing Turbidity"method,guided by Academician Tong Xiaolin's"Fat-Turbidity Disease"theory and integrating the holistic concept of"simultaneously regulating obesity and liver"with the"state-target combination"treatment strategy,can effectively reverse metabolic disorders and hepatic pathological changes in obesity combined with MAFLD.This provides a referential clinical pathway and practical evidence for the treatment of metabolic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
