针刀联合葛根姜黄散治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效观察
Clinical observation of acupotomy combined with Gegen-Jianghuang Powder for neck-type cervical spondylosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with Gegen-Jianghuang Powder on the treatment of neck-type cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 65 patients with neck-type cervical spondylosis admitted from May 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into control group(n=33)and experimental group(n=32)using a random number table.The patients of control group received pure acupotomy therapy,while the patients of experimental group received acupotomy combined with Gegen-Jianghuang Powder.Before and after treatment,the patients were assessed using the visual analogue scale(VAS),neck disability index(NDI),clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS),and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.Adverse reactions were also recorded.Results After treatment,there were significant improvement in VAS,NDI,CASCS,and TCM syndrome scores in both groups,the improvement magnitude of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy combined with Gegen-Jianghuang Powder can significantly relieve pain,improve cervical function,and alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with neck-type cervical spondylosis.It demonstrates good safety,and thus worthy of further clinical application and promotion.关键词
