The Rational Basis,Dilemmas and Responses of Industry-education Adaptation of Vocational Education in the View of Future Industries

Abstract
With the vigorous emergence of future industries such as artificial intelligence,quantum information and biotechnology,vocational education faces new challenges in industry-education alignment.The skills formation theory provides theoretical foundations for vocational education's adaptation to future industries.Currently,vocational education faces four prominent difficulties in adapting to future industry demands:first,lagging response mechanisms,with program offerings lacking foresight and predictive capacity;second,single-dimensional alignment,overemphasizing operational skills training while neglecting the integrated development of knowledge,competencies,and qualities;third,insufficient innovation momentum,with outdated educational concepts and inadequate innovation practice platforms;fourth,weak quality assurance,with quality standards and monitoring systems suited to future industry characteristics yet to be established.In response,it is necessary to construct technology foresight systems and agile response mechanisms,transforming vocational education from passive adaptation to proactive leadership by following the laws of skills formation and constructing an industry-education alignment system that is prospective,systematic,and innovative,and the strategies include:establish a multi-dimensional alignment system encompassing knowledge,skills,competencies,and qualities to cultivate compound technical and skilled talents;build open innovation laboratories and school-enterprise collaborative innovation platforms to comprehensively stimulate educational innovation vitality;formulate forward-looking quality standards and establish dynamic improvement mechanisms to ensure talent cultivation quality.关键词
