植保无人飞机施药技术下6种农药在水稻中的农药残留与膳食风险
Pesticide residues and dietary risk of six pesticides in rice under plant protection UAV application

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to reveal the differences in pesticide residues and dietary risks be-tween conventional application and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)application,and to provide data support and a theoretical basis for pesticide risk assessment under new application scenarios.[Method]Six pesticides of tebu-conazole,propiconazole,tetrachlorantraniliprole,difenoconazole,chlorpyrifos,and pyraclostrobin were selected as research objects.Field residue trials were conducted using both knapsack sprayers and UAVs.Pesticide resi-dues in rice under the two application technologies were determined,and dietary risk assessment were performed.[Result]Under UAV application,the initial deposition and final residues of the six pesticides in rice were 0.24-1.75 mg kg-1 and 0.06-0.56 mg kg-1,respectively,which were 1.57-2.41 and 1.28-2.20 times those from knapsack sprayers.The final residues of propiconazole and tebuconazole under UAV application exceeded the maximum residue limit(MRL).Dietary risk assessment results indicated that,compared with knapsack sprayers,the dietary risk of the six pesticides under UAV application increased,with risk quotients(RQ)ranging from 6.67%to 98.64%,all falling within the acceptable range.[Conclusion]The method of pesticide application has a significant impact on the dietary risk associated with pesticide residues in crops.The use of plant protection UAVs poses a higher dietary risk for some pesticides than knapsack sprayers.关键词
