水氮调控对张掖寒旱区温室陇椒3号辣椒光合特性·产量和品质的影响
The Impact of Different Water and Nitrogen Regulation on the Photosynthetic Characteristics,Yield,and Quality of Greenhouse Chili Pepper Longjiao No.3 in Cold and Arid Regions

Abstract
In order to obtain suitable water and nitrogen dosage indicators for greenhouse pepper production in cold and arid areas,the pep-per variety Longjiao No.3 was used as the test material,and three levels of irrigation and nitrogen application were set to study the effects of different water and nitrogen treatments on the photosynthetic characteristics,yield,and quality of pepper.The results showed that adopting a water-nitrogen treatment combination with an irrigation amount of 65%-80%of the field capacity and a nitrogen application rate of 372.90 kg/hm2,pepper plants maintained strong photosynthesis,with the highest values of photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellu-lar CO2,and stomatal conductance,which were 16.58 μmol/(m2·s),8.63 μmol/(m2·s),265.00 mmol/(m2·s),and 356.00 mmol/(m2·s),respectively.The numerical indicators of pepper plant height,stem thickness,number of fruits per plant,yield per plant,and yield per hectare were also the highest,with values of 112.19 cm,1.46 cm,26.47,1.46 kg,and 73.12 t/hm2,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of other treatments;under W2N2 treatment,the quality indicators of peppers also showed the best performance.The comprehensive experimental results indicate that the use of a water nitrogen combination composed of W2N2 can promote the growth and photosynthesis of chili peppers,and significantly improve their yield and quality.These results provide theoretical guidance for a-chieving high-yield and high-quality production of peppers in cold and arid regions.关键词
