蒸汽品质指标与制丝加工质量相关关系研究
Research on the Correlation Between Steam Quality Indicators and Cut Tobacco Processing Quality

Abstract
To explore the influence of steam quality on cut tobacco processing,the study focused on the key quality indicators of steam and systematically analyzed the correlation between steam dryness and the quality of heating and humidifying processing of cut strips.The differences in pH,conductivity,and product sensory quality from different steam sources were compared.A steam physicochemical indicator monitoring platform was designed and developed to achieve dynamic monitoring of process steam quality.The results showed that the increase in steam dry-ness significantly enhances the heating intensity of the blade wire,and accordingly improves the processing quality of the blade wire through heating and humidification.The high-efficiency steam-water separation device can significantly increase the steam dryness.Compared with the weakly acidic-neutral self-produced boiler steam,the purchased industrial steam is weakly alkaline-strongly alkaline,and its pH and conduc-tivity fluctuate greatly.The influence of different supply methods of steam on the sensory quality of products is mainly concentrated in aspects such as aroma style,aroma quality,impurities and taste characteristics.At 0 min,the content of steam quality indicators was relatively high.Within 15 min,it gradually decreased and tended to stabilize.After efficient steam-water separation,the content of metal iron ions in the steam decreased.关键词
