基于神经炎症反应探讨肠道菌群与阿尔茨海默病相关研究进展
Research progress on gut microbiota and Alzheimer's disease based on neuroinflammatory responses
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is characterized by key pathological features including amyloid-β(Aβ)deposition,abnormal tau hyperphosphorylation, and persistent neuroinflammation.Neuroinflammation runs throughout the disease course and is closely associated with synaptic injury and cognitive decline. In recent years, accumulating evidence has indicated that the gut microbiota(GM)is closely linked to the onset and progression of AD,and that it can modulate neuroinflammatory responses via the gut-brain axis, thereby exerting an important influence on AD.Therefore, based on available clinical association studies and mechanistic insights from experimental research, this review focuses on the multi-step,integrated mechanisms by which GM-mediated neuroinflammation contributes to AD,and systematically summarizes the key mechanisms and potential intervention strategies targeting the"GM-neuroinflammation-AD"axis,aiming to provide therapeutic references and a theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of AD.关键词
