游客感知视角下历史文化街区步行空间文化要素评价研究
A Study on the Evaluation of Cultural Elements of Pedestrian Spaces in Historical and Cultural Districts from the Perspective of Tourist Perception:a Case Study of Beijing's Fayuan Temple District

Abstract
With the rapid advancement of urbanization and tourism in China,the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage have gained increasing attention.Concurrently,tourists'expectations for a profound cultural experience are evolving.This paper selects the Fayuan Temple Historical and Cultural District in Beijing as a case study,employing Python,latent dirichlet allocation topic modeling,and AI technology to explore optimization strategies for the pedestrian space of the district from the perspective of tourist perception.The findings reveal that the dimensions of tourist perception in the Fayuan Temple district primarily encompass historical architecture and relics,touring methods and transportation,natural landscapes and environment,historical figures and culture,resident life and activities,and tourist experience and touring.Notably,while historical architecture and relics,as well as historical figures and culture,attract considerable attention,they perform poorly in aspects such as the preservation of alley appearance,the portrayal of characteristic cultural elements,and the presentation of stories and cultural content associated with historical figures,resulting in lower tourist satisfaction.In contrast,the dimension of resident life and activities,though receiving less attention,exhibits a higher level of satisfaction.Furthermore,the tourist experience and touring dimension stands out as the one with the highest attention and satisfaction.Based on these insights,this paper recommends enhancing the restoration and accessibility of historical buildings,enriching the display and engagement of historical cultural elements,optimizing the living environment for residents,and diversifying cultural activities.These suggestions aim to improve and refine the pedestrian space to promote high-quality development of the historical district,achieving dual objectives of cultural inheritance and the utilization of tourism resources.关键词
