扶正化瘀解郁法调控糖酵解、免疫重塑防治子宫内膜异位症术后复发的理法探析
Analysis of principles and methods of tonifying healthy qi,resolving stasis,and relieving depression method to regulate glycolysis and immune remodeling for preventing and treating postoperative recurrence of endometriosis

Abstract
The high recurrence rate of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery remains a major challenge and clinical concern.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis characteristics of latent stasis,healthy qi deficiency,and qi stagnation in the endometriosis postoperative period,combined with the Western medicine pathological mechanisms of glycolysis and immune remodeling,this paper proposes that the glycolytic metabolic phenotype serves as the energy source and driving force for the recurrence of ectopic lesions.This concept corresponds to the TCM pathogenesis of latent stasis gradually accumulating to form masses and menstrual blood escaping from the meridians and stagnating in the thoroughfare and conception channels.Meanwhile,the immunosuppressive microenvironment formed by immune remodeling is considered the pathological manifestation of healthy qi deficiency and qi stagnation.Thus,a synergistic pathogenesis model integrating TCM syndrome patterns and Western medicine pathology for postoperative recurrence of endometriosis is established.Furthermore,this paper expounds on the therapeutic approach of tonifying healthy qi,resolving stasis,and relieving depression method to prevent and treat postoperative recurrence of endometriosis.It also summarizes relevant research evidence demonstrating how corresponding TCM formulas regulate glycolysis and immune remodeling.This study provides certain support for the clinical application of this method,aiming to offer theoretical innovation and practical guidance for the TCM prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence of endometriosis.关键词
