摘要
Abstract
Driven by the global"carbon neutrality"vision and China's"dual carbon"strategy, the electrification transformation of commercial vehicles, especially heavy trucks, has become a key measure for reducing emissions in the transportation sector. The traditional charging mode faces bottlenecks such as low charging efficiency, high purchase costs, insufficient range, and battery lifespan degradation. The battery swap mode, through the core logic of"separation of vehicle and battery, rapid charging, and centralized battery management",provides a new path to solve the bottlenecks in the application of heavy truck electrification. This paper adopts a method combining literature review and empirical analysis to systematically summarize the background, policy evolution, and mainstream technical solutions of the heavy truck battery swap mode.Based on multiple dimensions such as economic benefits, charging efficiency, grid coordination, and full life cycle management, this paper deeply analyzes its development advantages and, through empirical studies in typical scenarios such as ports, mines, and long-distance logistics, analyzes the core challenges such as inconsistent standards and high initial investment. The research results show that the battery swap mode can reduce the total life cycle cost by 15%to 20%,increase charging efficiency by more than three times, and extend battery lifespan by 30%.In the future, through policy guidance, technological innovation, and ecological collaboration,it is necessary to promote its development towards standardization, intelligence, and scale, providing theoretical and practical guidance for the green and low-carbon transformation of commercial vehicles.关键词
