基于"一气周流"理论探析肾浊方治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病
Analysis of Shenzhuo Formula in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease based on the theory of One Qi Circulation
摘要
Abstract
"One Qi Circulation"is an important theoretical core of Huang Yuanyu's academic thought.Based on the theory of"One Qi Circulation",this paper discusses the pathogenesis evolution and stage treatment based on syndrome differentiation of diabetic kidney disease.In the early stage of diabetic kidney disease,the symptoms are mostly spleen deficiency with liver constraint,and dysregulation of the ascent-descent pivot of qi.During disease progression,liver constraint injures the collaterals,and damp-heat with blood stasis may mutually impede one another.In the terminal stage,kidney deficiency with loss of governance is accompanied by turbid toxins obstructing the sanjiao.The treatment is staged based on Shenzhuo Formula.In the early stage,Astragalus is prioritized to fortify the middle burner and harmonize qi ascent and descent;In the progressive stage,Rhubarb is emphasized to dispel dampness,resolve stasis,and prevent its persistence;In the terminal stage,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Hirudo serve as the sovereign agents to eliminate toxins,drain turbidity,promote blood circulation,and unblock the collaterals,in order to restore the orderly circulation of qi movement.关键词
