袁长津基于"亢害承制"理论辨治肝癌癌因性疲乏
Yuan Changjin's treatment based on syndrome differentiation of cancer-related fatigue in primary liver cancer based on the theory of restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony

Abstract
Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)induced by primary liver cancer(PLC)significantly impairs the quality of life of cancer patients,and its mechanisms remain unclear and effective treatments are lacking.Drawing on the Huangdi Neijing's Theory of"restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony",Yuan Changjin proposes a Five Zang-organs'counter-restraint regulatory mechanism centered on the heart.He emphasizes that"tranquility of the heart-spirit facilitates recovery from illness."He advocates soothing the liver,tonifying the lungs,fortifying the spleen and stomach,and replenishing the kidneys to nourish qi and blood and harmonize qi movement.Furthermore,he advocates the approach of"treating fatigue with movement":movement generates yang;when qi flows,the circulation of fluids and blood is promoted;when qi and blood are abundant,the heart-spirit is nourished and fatigue is eliminated by itself.Clinically,he employs Bupleurum-based formulas as the cornerstone for regulating qi movement,offering a novel perspective for the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of CRF.关键词
