姜云武基于"玄府失司"治疗围绝经期汗证经验
Jiang Yunwu's experience in treating perimenopausal sweat syndrome based on obstruction of the mysterious portals

Abstract
Based on the theory of"obstruction of the mysterious portals",Professor Jiang Yunwu believes that the root cause of perimenopausal sweat syndrome lies in both qi and yin deficiency.Treatment should focus on"tonifying qi and nourishing yin,consolidating and arresting sweating,and unblocking the Xuanfu."He emphasizes the meridian regulation approach of"tonifying the three divergent points with measured opening and closing"and the synergy zang-fu treatment method of"nourishing the kidneys and replenishing essence as the foundation,strengthening the spleen and tonifying qi as the basis,and soothing the liver and harmonizing blood as the pivotal point."In clinical practice,Professor Jiang integrates theories of zang-fu organs,meridians,and qi channels under the guiding principle of"supporting yang as the foundation,regulating qi as the basis,and harmonizing the spirit as the key".Employing a comprehensive diagnostic approach combining pulse diagnosis,auricular diagnosis,acupoint diagnosis,and meridian diagnosis,he flexibly applies yang-supporting acupuncture to treat perimenopausal sweat syndrome.This approach emphasizes the duality of yin and yang,and addresses both symptoms and root causes,ultimately achieving the therapeutic goal of simultaneous treatment for both mind and body,providing novel insights for clinical management of perimenopausal sweat syndrome.关键词
