"杨氏针灸"治疗肝郁化火型失眠症的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Yang's acupuncture for insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire type

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Yang's acupuncture"in treating insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire type.Methods A total of 80 outpatients with insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire type were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group received"Yang's acupuncture"therapy,and the control group received conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The polysomnography results,sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI),anxiety level(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)and TCM syndrome scores were compared between two groups before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,and at 3 months after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,and at 3 months after treatment,the polysomnography data in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group(except for the sleep latency after 4 weeks of treatment)was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 3 months of treatment,the PSQI scores and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,and at 3 months after treatment,the SAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment and significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Yang's acupuncture"can improve sleep quality,and alleviate anxiety and TCM syndromes,with sustained clinical efficacy continuity,possessing extensive clinical significance.关键词
