河北省农产品跨境物流模式优化研究
Research on the Optimization of Cross-border Logistics Modes for Agricultural Products in Hebei Province

Abstract
Focusing on the optimization of cross-border logistics modes for agricultural products in Hebei Province under the rural revitalization strategy,this study systematically analyzes the operational characteristics of five logistics modes—maritime shipping,air transport,China-Europe Railway Express,cross-border e-commerce,and land port direct transit.An evaluation system incorporating six categories of risk factors(including natural,market,and policy risks)was constructed.Empirical analysis based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)reveals that international trade risks,policy risks,and technological risks constitute the core constraints.Among these,the land port direct transit mode exhibits the highest risk,while the cross-border e-commerce with overseas warehouse model demonstrates the lowest risk.The findings further identify critical issues such as cold chain disruptions and insufficient multimodal transport coordination.An optimization pathway of"infrastructure upgrading—mode innovation—policy synergy"is proposed to enhance the international competitiveness of Hebei's agricultural products,providing a decision-making framework for policymakers.关键词
