网络亚文化冲击下高校育人机制的困境及对策研究
Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of University Education Mechanisms under the Impact of Online Subcultures

Abstract
In the context of the digital era,online subcultures have deeply penetrated the daily lives of university students,exerting a significant impact on their values,cognitive logic,linguistic systems,and behavioral habits.This has also posed new challenges and dilemmas for university education mechanisms.Taking 954 university students from several universities in Hebei Province as samples,this paper constructs a mediation model of"online subculture participation—perception of educational dilemmas—perceived effectiveness of university education mechanisms"through questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis.The study utilizes tools such as SPSS 26.0 and AMOS for reliability and validity testing,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,and mediation effect analysis.The research reveals the dual role of online subcultures in shaping university students'educational cognition:they are not only a challenge but also an opportunity for improvement.Based on this,universities should fully understand the extent to which students are influenced by online subcultures,promptly adjust and optimize their education mechanisms,enhance the overall effectiveness of these mechanisms,and promote the development of high-quality talents with correct values in the digital age.关键词
