Abstract
In response to the problems of'emphasizing knowledge over literacy'and'rigid integration'in the ideological and political education of the'Principles of Operating Systems'course,this study explores teaching reforms based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE).Through backward design,a three-dimensional goal system integrating knowledge,ability,and ideological and political literacy was constructed,and elements such as patriotism,scientific spirit,and engineering ethics within the course content were systematically explored.Diversified teaching methods,including case-driven,project-driven,and AI-empowered approaches,were adopted,and an evaluation mechanism combining formative and summative assessments was established.Practice has shown that this model effectively promotes the deep integration of value guidance and professional knowledge transfer,significantly improving the effectiveness of education.关键词
